To apply for a loan as a private individual with Cashare, you must meet certain requirements. Here are the key criteria:
-
Residence in Switzerland or Liechtenstein
You must have a permanent residence in Switzerland or Liechtenstein to apply for a loan with Cashare. -
Legal age
Borrowers must be at least 18 years old. -
Regular income
You should have a regular income that allows for the repayment of the loan. -
Good creditworthiness
Your creditworthiness will be assessed. Cashare conducts a credit check to ensure that you are able to repay the loan. A negative entry in the debt collection register, the ZEK/IKO register, or any credit database may affect loan approval. -
No active debt collection proceedings
You must not be involved in any active debt collection or bankruptcy proceedings. Any paid-off entries in the debt collection register should ideally be removed before applying. -
Compliance with KKG requirements
Additionally, all requirements under the Consumer Credit Act (KKG) must be met. We strictly adhere to legal provisions to ensure responsible lending.
Note:
Further requirements may apply. A final loan approval can only be granted after a complete review of all information and documents. Cashare ensures that every application is thoroughly evaluated to confirm the borrower’s ability to repay the loan.
