According to the General Terms and Conditions (AVB) of the residual debt insurance with Cashare, the following individuals are not insurable:

  1. Minimum and Maximum Age: Individuals must be at least 18 years old and no older than 65 to be eligible for insurance.

  2. Employment Conditions: Only individuals with a permanent, full-time employment contract in Switzerland, working at least 15 hours per week, are eligible. Self-employed individuals or those with fixed-term contracts are excluded.

  3. Exclusions for Pre-existing Conditions: Individuals with known illnesses or consequences of accidents at the time of signing the insurance are excluded. This particularly applies to mental health conditions and non-surgically treated back conditions.

  4. Exclusions for Risky Activities: Individuals who participate in risky activities such as mountaineering, aerial sports, motorsports competitions, or engage in criminal activities are not covered.

  5. Seasonal and Part-time Unemployment: Individuals who are seasonally or partially unemployed, or whose employment ends due to a fixed-term contract, are not eligible for coverage.

These exclusions ensure that the insurance is only applicable to individuals with stable employment and no significant pre-existing health risks.
