Once your loan project is fully funded, you will receive the contract documents. The disbursement of the loan amount will occur 10 days after, as specified in the contract. This waiting period is legally required and cannot be shortened. It also gives you sufficient time to sign the loan contracts and submit all necessary documents in original form.
