For brokering and processing the financing, we charge the borrower a fee of 0.75% of the loan amount per year (depending on the term) or 1.5% for a bullet loan. If the financing does not materialize or you withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period, no costs will be incurred. Additional fees apply for property valuation: CHF 1,000 for single-family homes and CHF 2,000 for multi-family homes.
