Yes, a credit project, which is not financed 100% does still generate active contracts and can be paid out. The borrower has the possibility to let us publish a second auction for the remaining amount within 30 days without incurring further cost. Alternatively the borrower has the option to withdraw from the loan agreement within 7 days, free of charge.
