As soon as the foreclosure has been initiated the deadlines and processing times of the debt collection office (DCO) applies, which we cannot influence. Usually a summons for payment can be delivered to the debtor within one to two months. However, in some cases this process can take even longer.

As soon as we have received a copy from the delivered summons for payment we will inform you. From the delivery of the summons for payment the borrower has a grace period of 10 days to make a verbal or written objection with the DCO or 20 days to pay the full amount. If this deadline is not met, we request an execution proceeding to be initiated.

We describe the process in case of objection by the borrower here:[Debtor lodged objection with the DCO. What now?]
