If the debtor hasn't met his payment deadline of 20 days we file an application for continuation at the DCO, which by that is requested to continue the foreclosure.
There are two different kind of debt collection proceedings. For one, a debt collection by seizure of assets where income, properties or other assets are seized or second, debt collection by bankruptcy which is either used with partnerships or if the debtor himself declares bankruptcy because of overendebtedness.
The usual deadlines of the debt collection offices apply, it can take 2 - 4 months until the certificate of seizure or a menace of bankruptcy is presented. In those cases we will inform you about the next steps as well.
