The requirements for an SME loan with Cashare include the following points:
-
Business Location and Registration: The company must be based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and be registered in the respective commercial register.
-
Business Duration and Minimum Revenue: The company must have been in existence for at least 2 years and generate a minimum annual revenue of CHF 100,000.
-
Financial Stability and Creditworthiness: A positive cash flow over recent years is required to demonstrate the company’s creditworthiness. Additionally, financial documents such as annual financial statements are assessed to evaluate the company's financial health.
-
Collateral: Each loan is secured by collateral, such as real estate or a joint surety. Generally, Cashare does not offer unsecured loans unless the business structure already includes personal liability, as with sole proprietorships or general partnerships.
-
Regular Income: The company should have stable, regular income that enables loan repayment.
If you are uncertain whether your company meets all the requirements, you are welcome to submit a free and non-binding application, which we will review for you.
