The requirements for an SME loan with Cashare include the following points:

  1. Business Location and Registration: The company must be based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and be registered in the respective commercial register.

  2. Business Duration and Minimum Revenue: The company must have been in existence for at least 2 years and generate a minimum annual revenue of CHF 100,000.

  3. Financial Stability and Creditworthiness: A positive cash flow over recent years is required to demonstrate the company’s creditworthiness. Additionally, financial documents such as annual financial statements are assessed to evaluate the company's financial health.

  4. Collateral: Each loan is secured by collateral, such as real estate or a joint surety. Generally, Cashare does not offer unsecured loans unless the business structure already includes personal liability, as with sole proprietorships or general partnerships.

  5. Regular Income: The company should have stable, regular income that enables loan repayment.

If you are uncertain whether your company meets all the requirements, you are welcome to submit a free and non-binding application, which we will review for you.
